At the gala awards event for the 18th Dragon of Asia Awards 2018 held in Kuala Lumpur recently, BI WORLDWIDE India was honored with a Bronze and a Black Dragon in the Best B2B or Trade Marketing Campaign and Best Brand Loyalty Program categories respectively. The Dragon of Asia award, as the foremost recognition for Marketing Professionals throughout Asia, is recognition of BI WORLDWIDE’s excellence in designing and executing Channel Loyalty Program campaigns and Trade Marketing Campaigns for its clients.
The brand loyalty program, developed by BI WORLDWIDE India for Tata Motors Limited, is a one of a kind program that focused on driving brand loyalty and genuine parts adoption by applying principles of Behavioral Economics such as intrinsic and extrinsic motivations. Backed by engagement initiatives such as Accidental Insurance, Scholarship Program for their children, Health Check-up Camps, Product Knowledge Trainings, Guru Day Celebration, Gurukshetra, etc. the program quickly garnered the attention of a large part of the target community. The end-to-end structured program also led to increased brand engagement, enhanced sales and improved brand visibility.
